<b>Things are going well at CRST Malone. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We are making money .. not huge amounts of money yet but definitely pretty consistent and enough that we are not falling behind in our bills or anything of that sort so that is a great thing! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I am pretty certain that we will succeed at this company. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We are getting the hang of finding loads and getting them all lined up to where he is getting them pretty much back to back .. we had a little snafu when he ended up in Texas but we are learning the "dead" areas at least this time of the year and avoiding them. He seems for the most part happy there .. of course he wouldnt be him if he didnt have little things to complain about. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>His mother has started to deteriorate pretty quickly .. she is not eating .. has refused a G tube and we are allowing her to make that choice. She has no quality of life and has honestly wanted to just be done living ever since pop passed so why extend the inevitable. We have come together as a family and made the choice to just keep her comfortable and make sure she is in no distress until the end. We are asking for hospice to come in and give her some extra care beyond what the nursing home is able to. The nursing home as been absolutely wonderful to her and they are so good to her. But it is time for a little extra care and help especially when it comes to pain medication and keeping her comfortable. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I will update as this situation progresses. </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-57902895615562742082019-01-26T06:28:00.000-08:002019-01-26T06:28:00.835-08:00Well we are about 3 weeks in <div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We are about 3 weeks in with this new company .. CRST Malone. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He did his week of orientation and then they got him a rental car to go pick up his truck. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He then got a load that took him to Florida I believe .. my memory escapes me right now. Anyhow then the plan was he was going to come home and spend the night. Get everything loaded into his truck and organized and then head out. Well he got a call and they were begging him to run up to Macon area and grab a load to Texas. So he came home for about 30 minutes .. threw the essentials into the truck and left that quick. Grabbed that load and headed out for Texas. He got to Texas got his load delivered and then couldn't get out .. there were NO loads going anywhere ... He moved from south Texas to up by Houston after 2 days and still sat another additional day. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Finally they found him a load over in Mississippi so he had to drive over there empty. By this time we had about 975 empty miles that we do not get paid for .. OUCH!!! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He took the load from Mississippi to Illinois. Reloaded in Illinois and is now headed back to Texas .. Ughhhh!!! Lets hope he can get out of there alot quicker and we dont have to eat so many empty miles. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Now the next issue. So Fridays the paycheck stubs show up on the website for us to view .. I log in .. check the stub and it says his paycheck is $347 .. say WHAT?!?!?! We had figured that it was going to be like $1300 so that is a LONG way off. We figure out that they did not bill the correct amount of money and due to that his pay was not what we figured so now they are supposedly working on it but who knows if it will get settled or if we will ever get that money. That hurts us this week BIG TIME!!!! I was so angry!!! I told him "I told you so!!" </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I hate jumping companies. I dont know how this always happens to him/us but it does and I am real dang tired of it!!! </b></div>

<b>He is at orientation for CRST Malone as we speak. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Let's pray this was the right move for us and where we should be and the job that will help us trully stay on our feet and not just survive but make money so we can accomplish some of our long term goals. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I am sure I will hear from him on his lunch break. </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-24602700912377568722019-01-02T07:18:00.002-08:002019-01-02T07:18:40.864-08:00Trucked turned in and we are done with Hinz<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He took the truck back this morning. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Turned in the keys and paperwork. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>They didnt ask him why or anything. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He asked for a ride back to town and they said he would have to wait for the big boss. He decided not to and walked over to the truck stop and then called a taxi. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is back in the hotel and settled until he can get a rental car to get to his orientation for the new company. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>So here we go .. CRST Malone here we come!! </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-15895282629755642942018-12-31T13:25:00.002-08:002018-12-31T13:25:38.660-08:00Well he told them <div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Well he spoke with the new company this morning - CRST Malone .. confirmed he was hired for sure. She made it sound like yes so we made the jump. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We werent going to tell the old/current company anything until Wednesday morning just to buy ourselves a little more time in the truck and save some money ... we thought we were good to go because they said they would be out of the office at noon but at 1pm they put a load on him with no phone call or anything so he had to call in and told them that he quit. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Their only concern was that he took his advance this morning. That was it .. never asked if he delivered this morning .. never asked if he was ok .. nothing! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>They dont care about him .. nor any of their drivers as far as I am concerned. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I honestly cant wait until he drops off the truck and is done. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>A friend of his is borrowing him $200 and that will cover his hotel from tomorrow until Saturday morning. Then the new company will get him a rental car on Saturday and he will drive to his orientation. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I would be lying if I didnt say I was nervous because I am but I have faith that this will all work out. </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-52055694079707334592018-12-28T09:32:00.005-08:002018-12-28T09:32:57.945-08:00Its all about to change <div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Well we are on our last run we do believe. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He just got a run leaving the house that he picks up in Tuscaloosa Alabama and delivers on Monday in Claremore Oklahoma ... the plan is to go to the yard after that and quit and turn in his truck and get ready to head to the new company. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I would be lying if I didnt say I was a bit nervous but its got to be better than what we are currently doing. It just has to be. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Its always nerve racking to change companies and there are some growing pains in the beginning and catching up from missed paychecks but we are going to be ok. I give it all to god and he will make sure that things are handled the way they should be. </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-38956941953643590242018-11-29T08:41:00.000-08:002018-11-29T08:41:13.367-08:00Apparently NOT fired<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Well he was super close the yard the last 2 days and this morning they got him another load headed for Georgia so apparently he is not fired. Which is a good thing .. we may still be without a paycheck this coming week but there will be one the following week and its easier to recover from 1 missed paycheck than several. I think at this point we will push through for as long as we can before making the leap. More than likely he will clean out the truck at Christmas. We will see. Maybe after the New Year. I guess we need to talk about it some more. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b> </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-42953405021226026402018-11-28T04:55:00.000-08:002018-11-28T04:55:02.137-08:00On our way <div style="text-align: center;">
<b>So he left out on Monday morning. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>When he got to the truck and started it up and the Qualcomm powered up there was a load already waiting. He thinks they sent it last week some time but no one called him .. had they called him he would have left a bit earlier than Monday morning but oh well what do you do. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I guess when he stopped to get fuel the first time there was no advance on the card so he called in. His dispatcher put $100 on it for him but it makes us wonder why there was no advance. I am trying to be positive and think that maybe it was because he wasnt under a load for so long but then the thoughts creep in of are they going to fire him. He is headed for Nebraska should be there some time this afternoon so we will see if they take him into the yard or they give him a load going somewhere else. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>It's all so up in the air right now and its frustrating to say the least!!! </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-45010577202592157082018-11-24T06:28:00.000-08:002018-11-24T06:28:07.322-08:00About that Paycheck<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Well we got the paycheck stub yesterday and it's right so now we have to decide are we still going to quit or try to push through until the first of the year??? </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I am almost certain there will be no paycheck next week and if they dont get him any miles when he is ready to leave on Monday then the next paycheck will be either nothing or very very little .. which that starts the downhill slide of us being behind on everything. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>This is all so frustrating and leaves us in a position of what to do..... </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Ideally we would like to stay until the first of the year .. this is such a horrible time of year to jump companies. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I guess ultimately the decision is his and I will just have to let it be. </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-15899061750291722052018-11-22T06:09:00.001-08:002018-11-22T06:09:16.176-08:00It has been so long <div style="text-align: center;">
<b>It really has been so long since I blogged and I have decided I am going to "try" to get better at it. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>So much has happened this year. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>The last time I blogged hubby was just starting a new company. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>For the most part it has been going good but now lately it has tanked .. why this seems to happen with every company I dont understand. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>The problem with this one is they are blaming him and saying that he is not getting the miles because he complains about the loads and makes comments about how crappy they are so because of that the dispatchers are afraid to call him and offer him loads. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and very very unprofessional to say the least. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>As an employer ... management ... or owner of the company if you have a problem with an employee no matter what it may be you should address that problem in a professional manner. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Someone can not change a behavior that they are not aware of. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>These circumstances have made hubby so upset that he is ready to leave the company. He hasnt really liked it to start with but we were making guaranteed money which has enabled us to catch up our bills and even buy a new car. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>But at this time we feel its best to just cut our ties and move on. It's hard to have respect for someone that obviously doesnt respect you. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I have begun going to church again and trying to regain my relationship with god and make my spiritual journey more of a priority. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I am still babysitting the grands. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We have a new baby kitten in the house that we found outside under the Azalea bush. We had to bring her in because it is so cold outside right now. So we are in the adjustment phase .. getting her box trained and teaching the kids to not maul her to death. I named her Minka. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Today is Thanksgiving. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We will have both girls home with all the grands. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Hubby is home. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>It will be a full house and we will all have full bellies. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Looking forward to just spending time together as a family. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b> </b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-77224757911092283312018-04-21T05:53:00.002-07:002018-04-21T05:53:46.146-07:00Horrible At Blogging<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I don't know why I am so horrible at blogging?!?!? </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I have the desire but the follow through just is not there! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Anyhow an update on this whole trucking life thing .... </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is currently at a flat bed company that his friend recommended to him. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I kept telling him to not go flat bed mainly because my concerns were his physical abilities to do it but he has proven me wrong. He is managing just fine. He takes his time. We bought him a ladder that he uses to help him out and he is getting it done. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is losing weight and I think feeling good about himself so that is a plus! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We havent quite got the money part of it down yet but we are working on that. I think he will do good at this company and more importantly get a truck paid off that will be his and then he will trully be happy.... I just need to convince him to stay and stick it through. His flight tendencies most definitely over ride his fight tendencies. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>But for now this is what we are doing and we will see how it goes......</b></div>
Tikahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02286288661074108282noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7013959804432095747.post-45242932267667603352018-01-19T15:08:00.001-08:002018-01-19T15:08:25.188-08:00Oh The Logistics.....<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgW1Xpho72O-MYGkszl7sOszvnV9TehMGwRZhFyEqUz3ISqX6-9RJy-Snpr1agpyMEteXNj5UrOpKWmatdYhhSxveFv7vgpls8hCqGty4E0DmKEiWoe_t71pr7ma4SAJd_6pbKxAA2iUck/s1600/ca3f2e044183596f1bbf894d355f8020--truck-drivers-life-s.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="736" data-original-width="736" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgW1Xpho72O-MYGkszl7sOszvnV9TehMGwRZhFyEqUz3ISqX6-9RJy-Snpr1agpyMEteXNj5UrOpKWmatdYhhSxveFv7vgpls8hCqGty4E0DmKEiWoe_t71pr7ma4SAJd_6pbKxAA2iUck/s320/ca3f2e044183596f1bbf894d355f8020--truck-drivers-life-s.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Sometimes the logistics of getting a truck driver home are a freaking joke. There really is never a straight forward answer or way to go about it. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>We spend more time trying to figure out when he will come home .. how he will get here .. can we afford the empty miles .. the extra fuel .. the time missed driving .. you name it ..sometimes that conversation is days long. Days of figuring out miles and time and does he have enough hours and how will it hit our pay at the end. It's exhausting but it's the life we choose so we deal with it. Doesn't make it any easier but it is what it is and it always seems to work out in the end somehow someway. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>This new company is trying to get Billy home to get all of his stuff so that he will feel better being in the truck. Once he has his pillow and blankets and laptop and clothes and all of his other little necessities it will be much easier for him. Well the only thing they had to offer him was to drive over 400 miles home empty and not paid so we are going to meet in the middle. I will load his stuff up and drive and meet him. We will spend a little bit of time together and maybe go out to eat somewhere and then say our goodbyes until his next home time. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>~~♥♥♥~~</b></div>

<b>Figured it was time I pick this up again and maybe be more vigilant at it. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He just changed companies ... Thank God!!! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Working for Warren Transport for the last 18 months has left us broke and barely hanging on. I am so happy we finally broke free. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is now with National Carriers. It's his first week out on the truck and so we will see how this goes. It is reefer which he hates and he is struggling with the truck because its not as big and as nice as his last condo(he was spoiled). But getting a paycheck is going to be more important than all of those things. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Back here at home its chaos again. Our oldest daughter and her 2 kids have moved back home so that is both daughters and 4 grandkids back at home. Never a dull moment around here. </b></div>

<b>Anyone who truly knows anyone in the Case family you know we all have sensitive feet and are very very careful about who touches our feet and in which manner they touch them. I am no different. The apple did not fall far from the tree for me either. It took me many many years to even let my daughter or Billy touch my feet to paint my toenails. And letting someone else cut my toenails is an absolute NO GO!!!! </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Well a couple of weeks ago my best friend Rhonda decided that this month for our "girls day out" we were going to go for a pedicure. The minute I read what she said I had instant trepidation and fear coursing through my body!! I pondered her message for about 2 hours before I replied and informed her that I had never had a pedicure. Yes I am almost 46 years old and had never had a pedicure even though I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks religiously. But I had decided what the heck .. I am going to do this. I am going to conquer my fear. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>The day for our pedicure was quickly approaching and wavered between nervous excitement and the gut feelings of wanting to call the whole thing off. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Well something came up in both of our lives that we had to put the pedicure off for another week and honestly; being gut honest here I was relieved. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Well yesterday 7/23 was the day. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Rhonda met me at my house at 830am and we jumped in my car and drove to the nail salon. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>As we stood in front of the wall looking at the hundreds of colors of nail polish and deciding on our color my heart was racing and I actually felt like I was going to have an asthma attack but I knew it was just anxiety. We sat and waited to be called back and I think I nervously talked the entire time. I don't think Rhonda knew or realized I was blathering on about really nothing out of complete anxious and nervous energy. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Finally 2 chairs next to each other opened up and the man called us back ... As we approached the chairs I thought the chair itself looked like an execution chair in and of itself lol .. silly I know but hey my brain was fighting off the fight or flight impulse in a big way. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>I slipped off my loppies and climbed into the chair. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>They turned on the water and it sounded like a whirlpool that was about to suck my toes down its drain. Again silly but my mind was racing. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>The man dropped some nice smelling blue stuff into the water and I thought for an instant "oh that's nice"... I relaxed a little. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>The man came back and sat down in front of me and patted the bottom of the chair and I looked at Rhonda like "uh what I do now?" </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Thank god she was there she was able to tell me what I was supposed to be doing or else I would have really felt ridiculous. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>He started to wash my feet and at first I was like "oh no this is not going to go well"..but I pushed through and stayed sitting. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Then he took out the clipper looking thing and my heart dropped .. "oh lord give me the strength to get through this" I am almost certain Rhonda could tell I was about to jump and bolt out the door so she instantly started a conversation and was talking to me so I wouldn't pay attention to what he was doing. Thank god for friends and even better best friends that know what to do when you need it the most. Once he was done I thought "okay that was not so bad" ... He then sloughed off all the dead skin from my heels and to be quite frank that was amazing. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>He then massaged my legs from the knees down and my feet with this oil stuff and that was absolutely relaxing and something I could get used to. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Then he wrapped heated towels around my legs and I thought "yessssssssssssssssss"!!! </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>He painted my toes and put my shoes on for me. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>I was done! </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>I survived!!</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>It was a great experience. I can guarantee the nail clipping and cuticle cutting part will always make me nervous but it was not as bad as I thought it would be and yes I wonder why I have not ever done it before. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Things are about the same .. Billy is still running with Cowan. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Despite being angry about some things going on at the company which we all have little things we do not like about our job or the company we work for. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
He has been coming home quite frequently which has been nice. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Still holding the fort down at home. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Billy's nephew just went home after staying with us for a month. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am thankful that he is back home to be honest. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
He is a 14 year old kid that has been allowed to basically run wild and is always going and doing things and he was bored silly here at our house because we are home bodies that he was driving us all up a wall. There was talk about us getting custody in the event that his dad; billy's brother passed away which is inevitable but I think that has changed. Who knows really until the actual event happens. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Tina is back home I guess for a few weeks. She says she has gotten her own apartment and she is just waiting on repairs to the apartment and to be able to pay the power deposit so we will see. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
She still owes us $130 for her car and car insurance and the insurance is about to be due again. So not sure what she is going to do. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Destinee is pregnant and sick quite a bit so that is that. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Off to clean my house and make a plan of attack for the day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<b>Billy came home this past weekend because he was out of hours and needed to do a reset. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I picked him up in St Mary's Georgia which is right on the Georgia/Florida state line. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We went out to eat at a really yummy BBQ place and then came home. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We spent Sunday visiting his mom and running around looking at houses and what not. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>When I took him back to his truck on Monday morning we said our good bye's and he headed out .... before he was gone even 30 minutes the overwhelming missing him feeling sunk in ... It's getting harder and harder to be apart from him lately. I think maybe because its been a year straight now that we have been apart really other than a few days here and there ... Part of me wants to get on the truck and go with him for a bit but I hate the truck life .. I really do ... </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>What to do what to do?! </b></div>

And then posted one a bit later for Levi. It was sweet and I think he was sad that he was missing out on today. </p>

<b>Billy was just home this past Sunday and spent Easter with us and the grand babies. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>That was a rare occasion that he got to be home on a holiday and spend the day with us. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Tomorrow Friday April 10th is Tru's 3rd birthday. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We are taking her to the beach and the Georgia Sea Turtle Center and I really think Billy is kinda bummed that he is missing all of that and not going to be here. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be on him to miss all the special and fun events and memory making that goes on back here at home. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I am forever grateful to him and thankful for all that he sacrifices for all us back here at home. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is an amazing man ... it took me 18 years to drag that man out of him but now that he is here I am more than blessed. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>I try to take lots of pictures and videos so I can share them with him and try to make him feel included as much as I can but I am sure that does not lessen the sting any bit at all. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Been awhile since I updated here .... </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Billy is now an owner operator leased on to Cowan transportation. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>Right now we are just trying to figure things out and make this work again. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>The best thing about Cowan is they very supportive unlike CR England was. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>He stands to make some great money with this company once we can get all the kinks worked out and get things going the way they are supposed to. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>He has been able to come home more often then ever before so that has been nice. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>I miss him when he is gone and love it when he comes home. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>There are days I contemplate climbing back up in the truck with him but I don't want to go out for long periods so if I could go for just a week or so I would be happy with that. </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b>I will try to update here more often. </b></div>

<b>Well after almost a year at Crete Transport the miles went into the toilet and quickly ... Billy has made the decision to try owner operator again. He is leasing to Cowan transportation. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We will see how this goes ... crossing my fingers it turns out much better than CR England. </b></div>

<b>Been awhile since I updated in here .... </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Billy finally got out of training yesterday and picked up his truck in Wisconsin. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>It needs some mechanical work and needs to be cleaned very badly so he is at the yard in Indianapolis and will stay there while it gets detailed and worked on. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He is under a load he picked up last night that delivers tomorrow morning. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Finally he can start making some good money. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He has been making decent money during training but out of training and on his own now if he can get miles like his trainer did things are really going to pick up for us! </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>

<b>Billy left for orientation at his new company yesterday morning. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>We drove him an hour and half away to Tifton to drop him off to catch a ride with another new guy that was coming up out of Florida. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>He went to Lenore Tennessee for orientation with Schaffer Trucking. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Today he will do his drug test, physical and road test. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Then all of the company paperwork etc. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Thursday he should meet his trainer and head out for 4 weeks of OTR training. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Then he should get to come home for a few days and we are hoping that by then we have enough money to move. If not then for sure by June 1st. </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>♥♥♥</b></div>

<b>So we have made the big move and now live in Georgia. Billy is currently looking for a new company to drive for that will get him home more and run more than just the North West area. May was a great company and he had a great DM but they keep him in Oregon and Washington way too much and no guarantees on how often they can get him home. </b></div>
